How To Connect To Wireless From Apartment?

My neighbor has wireless service on three PC upstairs from my apt. How do I connect to get service from her network? She says its ok if I do this. Buy a router and connect to my PC and then get password from her? Thanks for your help in advance. Whats the best router to buy and how much should I spend. What specs should I look for?

1. you need wifi, that searches for open signals
2. You don't need a router. All you need is a wireless card. If you have a desktop pc, you can pick up a wireless USB device that will receive the signal from her router. If you have a laptop that doesn't have a built in wireless card, you can use the same style of USB device. After you get the signal from her router, you will need the password to get on the internet. Best Buy or any electronic store should be able to help you.
3. A wireless network adapter will show ALL DSL within 200 feet of your computer.
