I want to start my own Wireless Internet Service Provider but I don't know where to start! Can someone help?

I have been thinking of this for awhile now. I have the technical skills to get started I just need to know how to start it off. If anyone has any information please post it here. If you know a guide on the internet that is really good please post the link here also! Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
